Welcome to Samui Social (the "Portal"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including all content, features, and functionality offered through the Portal. By using Samui Social, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Portal.

2. Services Offered

2.1 For Businesses

Businesses can subscribe to a paid listing on the Portal for an annual fee, which grants access to the following features:

• Images: Upload a banner and logo (max size 500 KB each).
• Description: Provide a catchy and informative summary of your business.
• Links & Contact: Add menu/price list links, contact info, social media, and website.
• Video Integration: Embed a YouTube or Facebook video (horizontal format, must be yours).
• Map & Reviews: Add Google map location and a link to your Google reviews.
• Opening Hours: Up to 3 time slots and optional holiday closures.
• Gallery: Upload up to 8 horizontal images.

Event Posting

• Events must relate to your contracted category.
• Include a title, date, time, location, pricing, and booking details.
• Upload up to 4 relevant images.

Discounts & Promotions

• Must relate to your contracted category.
• Use a compelling title like "Limited Time Offer" or "Exclusive Deal."
• Include original and discounted prices, duration, and clear terms.
• Upload a high-quality image.

Add-On Categories

Enhance visibility by adding extra categories for an additional annual fee.

Payment Terms and Listing Renewal

• Subscriptions are annual and non-refundable.
• Renewal reminders are sent 30 days prior to expiry.
• Option to switch to a free basic listing if not renewed.

Listing Removal or Claim

• Email: info@samuisocial.com
• Provide proof of ownership (e.g., ID or business license).
• We will respond within 30 days.

2.2 For Users

• Free Viewing: Browse listings and general information freely.
• Free Registration: Requires email confirmation and accurate details.

3. User Conduct

• Lawful Use: Users agree to use the Portal legally and respectfully.
• Prohibited Activities: No misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, impersonation, or spam.

4. Limitations of Liability

• Accuracy Disclaimer: Samui Social does not guarantee accuracy of listings or services.
• Liability Limitation: Use of the Portal is at your own risk. Samui Social is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. User-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Responsibility for Content: All content submitted by users is their sole responsibility.
• No Endorsement: We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of user content.
• Content Moderation: We may remove violating content but are not obliged to monitor all user content.
• Liability Waiver: We are not responsible for losses caused by user content. Businesses must ensure their listings comply with all laws.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where possible, significant changes will be communicated via email or Portal notices.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
