Located at LANAI Bar & Lounge, SHIO is helmed by Chef Run, the culinary innovator behind Bangkok’s In the Mood for Love. Known for his creative sushi rolls, such as Wave Rider and High Tide, Chef Run brings a unique twist to traditional Japanese flavors.

SHIO serves premium seafood flown in from Japan, including Chu-toro, Hamachi, and signature rolls like Samui Song and Sassy Salmon. Main courses include Gindara Saikyo Yaki (grilled black cod) and Chirashi Don (assorted sashimi over sushi rice).

Enjoy the rustic-chic ambiance and ocean views as you indulge in authentic, fresh sushi and creative dishes. Open seasonally from January to May 2025, Thursday to Tuesday, 6:00–10:00 PM.
